Refund Policy

We thank you for choosing to purchase your favorite products, and we are pleased to serve you.  We have facilitated the return and refund process for you through the following procedures 
 

- Returns are made within a period not exceeding 30 days from purchase, excluding fresh items, Meat, and frozen items- 

To be eligible for a return, your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened, or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

- Returns will be refunded in the same way in which the original purchase was made, within 3-6 working days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, excluding any customization, plus any applicable sales tax.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
