When Will I Receive My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched by us, we'll send you an email to let you know. On the day of delivery, you will also receive confirmation of your allocated delivery window. So you'll get it soon.
How do you keep meat /chilled items cold whilst they're being delivered?
We use top-of-the-line ice packs and take great care in ensuring the quality of our packaging process to maintain the ideal temperature for cold items during transit. The perishable items will be delivered in a well-insulated box with ice packs that are designed to remain chilled for up to 48 hours. The number of ice packs placed in the cool box may vary throughout the year depending on the temperature expected on your delivery day. Should you ever have any worries about the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
How Can I Place An Order?

How will I know that you have received my order?

When Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order before the order is processed by us or enters the delivery process. You can check the status of your order by selecting “My Order” from your account.
I need to change my shipping address. Is this possible?
A change of address can only be done BEFORE the order has shipped out. Once the order has shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to call the shipping company and update the address. We will not be responsible for a package going to the wrong address because of the misinformation the customer entered..If you are away and will not be home to accept a package, you will have to call the shipping company and make arrangements for pickup or re-delivery.
